Thank you for choosing our software and development services. Please read this Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Nature of Services

We provide digital services and intangible goods, including but not limited to:

  • Software development services

  • Custom code, scripts, and APIs

  • SaaS tools and subscriptions

  • API access and licenses

  • Consulting and technical services

Since these services are non-physical and often customized, refunds and cancellations are governed by the terms below.

2. Order Cancellation

a. Before Service Activation / Work Start

  • Orders may be cancelled if the service has not yet been activated, delivered, or work has not started.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment.

  • Approved cancellations will receive a full refund.

b. After Service Activation / Work Start

  • Once service access is provided, API credentials are issued, code is shared, or development work has started, cancellation is not permitted.

  • No refunds will be issued for partially completed or active services.

3. Refund Policy

a. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Services already delivered or activated

  • API usage or license keys issued

  • Custom development work initiated or completed

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Delays caused by incomplete requirements or lack of client response

  • Violation of our Terms & Conditions

b. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered if:

  • Duplicate payment is made

  • Payment was deducted but service was not delivered

  • Technical error on our side prevents service delivery

All refund requests are subject to internal verification.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used via Razorpay

  • Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider

5. Subscription Services

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started

  • You may cancel future renewals at any time to avoid next-cycle charges

  • No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription periods

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension

  • We encourage customers to contact our support team for quick resolution before raising disputes with the payment gateway
