Service scope, timelines, and pricing are defined in written proposals or agreements.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate project requirements and content

Respond in a timely manner for approvals and feedback

Ensure ownership or rights to provided content (logos, text, images)
Delays caused by the client may impact delivery timelines.
4. Payments & Billing

Payments must be made as per agreed milestones or invoices

Advance payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

Late payments may result in service suspension
5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final delivered work unless otherwise agreed

TweekersNut Network retains the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios and marketing materials

Source code, tools, frameworks, or libraries may remain proprietary unless explicitly transferred
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private unless disclosure is required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
TweekersNut Network shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities

Third-party service failures (hosting, APIs, payment gateways)
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

Terms are violated

Payments are not made

Services are misused or used for illegal purposes
9. Third-Party Services
Some services may rely on third-party platforms (hosting, WhatsApp, cloud services). Their terms and policies apply separately.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
