Product Trainer – ERP & WordPress (Client Demo & Training)

Remote / On Site 1-4 Years ₹2.0L to ₹2.5L 1 opening

We are looking for a Product Trainer / Demo Specialist who can explain, demonstrate, and train clients on how to use our ERP systems, WordPress admin panels, dashboards, and web tools.

This role is client-facing and requires strong communication skills along with good technical understanding.

  • Experience in client training / product demo / onboarding

  • Knowledge of CRM systems

  • Experience creating tutorial videos or documentation

  • Familiarity with SaaS products

  • Basic understanding of HTML / websites

What you'll own

  • Give live demos of our ERP systems to clients
  • Train clients on how to use ERP modules (inventory, CRM, billing, reports, etc.)
  • Teach clients how to use WordPress admin panels (pages, posts, media, plugins)
  • Explain workflows, features, and best practices in simple language
  • Create basic training documents, guides, or videos
  • Support clients during onboarding and initial usage
  • Coordinate with development team to understand new features
  • Answer client queries related to product usage (not deep coding)

What makes you a fit

Good understanding of ERP systems (any ERP experience is fine)

Working knowledge of WordPress Admin Panel

Basic understanding of web applications & dashboards

Strong communication & presentation skills

Ability to explain technical things to non-technical clients

Basic computer & internet skills

Comfortable with Zoom / Google Meet / screen sharing
